Crossbeams Featured at Mini Masterminds

On April 4, 2015, Crossbeams was featured at Mini Masterminds, a Pikes Peak Library District monthly STEM event. 14 new builders worked together to team-build a 1427-piece Eiffel Tower. They completed the tower in an hour and a half, twice as fast as our fastest expert builder. See what you can accomplish as a team!

Afterwards, builders free-form built. Here is one creative free-form.

The group was a little young, but we had plenty of staff, parents, and older builders to shore up. Overall, the event went really well. We have decided to create Team-Build instructions for other advanced kits. STEM programs ought to teach team design early. It's part of Engineering.
